What's included

• Project Kickoff/Strategy Call

  We talk about goals for the analysis. What problem are you trying to solve or what questions are you trying to answer? We'll determine what combination of survey, interviews and focus groups will comprise the landscape analysis, and establish number and scope of individuals/organizations who will participate in each.

• Scheduling interviews and focus groups

  You'll provide contact info, and I'll take care of scheduling.

• Creating survey, interview and/or focus group protocols

  Protocols are the lists of questions each of these research tools will consist of. I'll draft these for your review and feedback.

• Survey dissemination + Interviews and focus groups

  This is the research that will serve as the foundation for the landscape analysis. One example of how these can run concurrently: Survey is disseminated and participants have two weeks to respond. I monitor responses, nudge participants with gentle reminders, all while I'm conducting interviews over the course of 3-4 weeks.

• Landscape research analysis

  Here, I review participant responses to survey, interviews and/or focus groups and analyze all the data for themes, patterns and outliers.

• Final analysis report

  I create the analysis report in Canva and deliver to you in draft form.

• Optional: Presentation of report

  I can create a Powerpoint presentation for your board or staff and present it in person or by Zoom.
