And when a client complains about our service or about the deal that we disagree, we can lost opportunities that for our company can be golden tickets!

Of course that there can be a solution for every problem that we have, especially with a client that is very important to us and we don't want to lose it! And one of the main keys is to have a conversation and to find the right way of how you can solve the problem, or to ask the client what is going wrong that things are not going well and both of you have a problem with that. The second solution that we can use with our client is to find what they are looking for and what they are trying to say to us when the disagree with us. But and also, a very helpful way is to tell your opinion and to be fair with your client.
There are so many things that we have to do, or we can try when we have disagreements with the most important clients that we have.
