• Do you work with messy or unstructured datasets?

  Yes. I can clean datasets that contain inconsistent labels, missing values, duplicates, mixed formats, taxonomic issues, or measurement errors. We work step by step so the final dataset is scientifically coherent and ready to analyse.

• Can you correct scientific or ecological variables (units, species names, metadata)?

  Yes. I can standardise units, fix variable names, update taxonomy when needed, and align the dataset with scientific conventions so it’s consistent and reliable.

• What file formats do you accept?

  CSV and Excel are the most common, but I can also work with TSV, TXT, or other tabulated formats. If you’re not sure, just send the file and I’ll check it.

• Will my dataset remain confidential?

  Absolutely. I work locally and treat all scientific data—especially field, ecological, or unpublished datasets—with full confidentiality.

• Can you also prepare the dataset for publication or for statistical analysis?

  Yes. If you need the dataset formatted for journals, reproducibility, or statistical workflows (R, Python, etc.), I can prepare it so everything is clean, standardised, and analysis-ready.
