Here is how we'll do it:

Define: We hold a discovery call to discuss the project We will discuss your vision for the project, any design inspirations that might help to confirm the project scope.

Plan: Scope evaluation and timing will be assed to develop a creative brief. We will review the details together over zoom call before starting a project. Any documentation created will be shared between both groups for reference during the duration of the project.

Build: (Can happen in stages depending on the type of project depending on the size) Typically this phase will include research for designs, development of idea boards, development of storyboards and or style frames. This phase can also include animation tests, and final animation review (which typically includes up to 3 rounds of final review)

Deploy: Final delivery of the project, approvals on the final creative and delivery of final assets upon approvals.
