What is included in the SMO | Standard Package?
The package includes management of up to 3 social media platforms, 36 posts per month (14 business-related and 22 generic), weekly status reports, monthly performance reports, and access to a professional support team.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
We manage Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You can choose any 3 of these platforms.
How are the posts designed?
All posts are designed using Canva. If you have a Canva account, we can design the posts directly in your account for easy collaboration.
How do you schedule the posts?
Posts are scheduled using the Metricool scheduling system. We will upload and schedule the posts according to the optimal posting times for each platform.
Can I review and approve the posts before they go live?
Yes, you can review and approve all posts via Metricool. You can also request changes before the posts are scheduled to go live.
What kind of content will be posted?
We post a mix of business-related content (14 posts) and generic content (22 posts) to keep your social media channels engaging and relevant.
How often will I receive reports?
You will receive weekly status reports and detailed monthly performance reports to keep you informed of your social media progress and performance.
