My role involves various responsibilities, such as establishing the UX process, conducting workshops with clients, including assumption matrix, persona, and customer journey workshops, conducting user research through interviews, affinity mapping, and creating user personas to validate insights and identify solutions, and creating sitemaps, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.
