While there is a laundry list of deliverables each standard EA Job Description calls for, rest assured I have 10+ years of experience understanding that the EA Role shifts it's focus to "all other duties as assigned" more than anything else. I find it far more useful to understand what you're looking for and how an EA / Virtual Assistant can optimize your organization. Need support outside of the daily administration tasks, not a problem. My Special Projects portfolio continues to expand, from events and conferences to marketing and talent management.
