I bring over a decade of experience and a Ph.D. in language to the messy middle of product work. This audit is for teams who’ve done the research—but aren’t sure it’s landing. I’ll review what you’ve got, identify what’s working (and what’s missing), and deliver a clear, pragmatic plan to move forward with confidence.

Process

Step 1: Artifact Review You share 3–5 research documents, decks, or deliverables. I’ll dig in to understand what’s there, what’s missing, and how it connects to your current goals.

Step 2: Synthesis & Strategy I’ll identify patterns, strengths, and missed opportunities. You’ll get a high-level picture of your current state—and where things may be breaking down.

Step 3: Action Plan You’ll receive 2–3 clear, actionable recommendations with options for next steps. We’ll optionally walk through them together so you can move forward with clarity.

What if I don’t have a formal research process or documentation?
No problem. I’ve worked with teams at every stage of maturity. Share what you do have—Slack threads, decks, roadmap docs—and I’ll work from there.
Can this audit turn into a deeper engagement?
Yes. This is a great place to start if you’re not ready to commit to a full research retainer. If we’re a good fit, I’m happy to expand the work.
How fast can I get results?
