How does the process work?
🎤 1.) We'll discuss project details first! You can provide a project brief during this step if you like. If not, I will ask a few clarifying questions about your expectations for these posts. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients, their brands, their mission - all that good stuff.
No worries, you won't have to fill out a long form with a million questions. I'll ask for your website and social media handles so that I can snoop around and get a good idea of who you are and what you do. This will help me write more effective posts and avoid unnecessary revisions.
📝 2.) I'll start work on your posts. During this phase of the project, it's possible that I might contact you with concerns or additional clarifying questions if they arise. You're free to contact me here at any time, so if there's some missing context or a link you'd really like me to include, don't be afraid to send it on over!
💻 3.) Your post drafts will be delivered. We'll talk about deadline expectations at the beginning of the project. For example, you may prefer all of the posts at once. You might want two batches per month. You might want a couple of posts sent over every week. I'll send them over according to your preferences, and you can send over your feedback when convenient. You have unlimited revision rounds if you need to use them. 🙂
All blog posts come with:
Editing & proofreading before I send them over to 'ya.
Hyperlinked sources (I do my best to link high-quality sources each time.)
Unlimited revision rounds (usually unnecessary, but good to have in your back pocket in case of miscommunication.)

Do you write about other topics?
At the moment, I'm mostly interested in writing about sustainability and adjacent topics. I do have some topical expertise in social media, small business, web design/development, parenting, and lifestyle content - so I am open to hearing you out on other topics. That being said, I'm no longer writing about things from a capitalistic perspective, so the articles would need to be from a non-traditional angle if that makes sense! For example, I loved writing an article on how to have a sustainable wedding ceremony, but I wouldn't choose to write a general article in the wedding niche.
Can you provide graphics for my blog posts?
Totally, I love doing blog post graphics to go along with what I write. Check out my other services for a monthly retainer just like this one that includes graphics for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, your site, or whatever you want, really! 🤳

Transfer content to your CMS (Optional)
If you would like, I can upload the posts to your CMS (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.) for you to save you a bit more time. I will need an account inside of your CMS to accomplish this.
