Logo Usage Guidelines: A comprehensive logo usage guide will be created to ensure consistent and proper use of the logo across different media. This guide will include clear instructions on size limitations, clear space, color usage, and how the logo should not be altered or distorted. Mockups: Mockup presentations of the logo in real-world scenarios (e.g., business cards, stationery, website headers, signage, merchandise) to demonstrate its visual impact and versatility. Revisions: A set number of revision rounds (e.g., two or three) will be included to accommodate feedback and make necessary adjustments to the chosen logo concept. Final Deliverables Package: The final package will include all deliverables in appropriate file formats, such as: a. Vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .SVG) for scalability and easy editing. b. High-resolution raster files (e.g., .PNG, .JPEG) for digital use. c. Print-ready files (e.g., .PDF) in CMYK color mode for professional printing. d. Any additional formats or variations as requested during the project. Copyright and Ownership Transfer: The designer will transfer the full ownership and copyright of the final logo design to [Company/Organization Name] upon project completion.
