Raw Footage Backup: If requested, we can provide a backup of the raw footage used in the editing process for future reference or archival purposes. Revision Rounds: The client will have access to the agreed-upon number of revision rounds to make any necessary adjustments or changes to the edited video(s) before final delivery. Finalized Audio Files: If audio editing or enhancement was part of the project scope, the client will receive the finalized audio files along with the edited video(s). Text/Graphics Files: Any text overlays, subtitles, captions, or graphics used in the video(s) will be provided as separate files if requested by the client. Project Documentation: Upon request, we can provide documentation outlining the editing process, software/tools used, and any additional details relevant to the project. License for Commercial Use: If the client intends to use the edited video(s) for commercial purposes, we will provide a license granting them the necessary rights for distribution and promotion. Delivery Formats: The edited video(s) will be delivered in the formats suitable for the client's intended distribution platforms (e.g., MP4 for online streaming, MOV for high-quality playback). File Organization: All deliverables will be organized and labeled appropriately for easy access and future reference. Delivery Method: The client will specify their preferred method of delivery for the final deliverables (e.g., download link, cloud storage, physical media).
