• Brief Discussion via Online Meeting/Call

  ♡ A quick yet information-packed meeting or call to discuss the project's scope, goals, and needs to be held in order to ensure efficient and effective work during the entire project timeline.

• Getting to Know the Business

  ♡ I will kindly ask for a design brief (client and brand information, goals and objectives, target market, constraints, and expectations), a presentation of a mood board, and an early vision for a logo from you that will give me ideas and outline what your brand wants to achieve.

• Idea & Visual Generation

  ♡ I will kindly ask you to write down as many related words as you can think of about the logo design. Using Sprout 🌱 as an example, we’d write words like grow, garden, tree, forest, leaves, branches, etc. These words conjure up their own set of images that could all be viable choices for a brand mark 💚 ♡ I will use those words to gather as much context as possible to fully understand your brand/business, its values, brand attributes, etc. so that I can create and deliver a logo that complies with the requirements and best captures the core message or values of the brand. ♡ This is also an excellent time for me to ask preliminary design questions about the desired look and any must-haves or special requests from you :)

• Designing Process Starts

  ♡ Start designing and will communicate on a regular basis to ensure that progress is being made as planned. ♡ I will make a mood board to collect all of the images, designs, color combinations, photos, and illustrations based on the goals you've set for the look of your brand logo.

• Create A Complete Logo Package

  ♡ To make the process of sharing deliverables with you easier, I will create a full logo package folder containing all of the logo's design and color variations. It is designed in accordance with the brand's guidelines and style brief, and you must ensure that the package contains everything required. The logo package can include four different types of variations: ➯Horizontal ➯Vertical ➯Wordmark ➯Brandmark

• Revisions (if must)

  ♡ Show progress to the client on a weekly basis so that adjustments can be made if necessary. You will have realistic and enough time to review the design and decide if any changes should be made.

• Delivery of High-Resolution File

  ♡ In order to ensure the best quality, I will send you the final design in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats on GMail or GDrive, as soon as the final design has been approved. Inclusions: ➯RGB logo files for web formats (JPG, PNG, SVG, and GIF) 💙💚 -Intended for screen displays like websites and pages. ➯CMYK logo files for printed formats (EPS, TIFF) 🧡💜 -Intended for print-based designs such as stickers, brochures, and business cards. ➯Black and Reversed Color Logo 🖤🤍 -I will send you in-color logos in both black and reversed-out versions so you will be assured that the logo will look great in both black and white and color.
