Single part designs for 3D printing will have a general timeline of 1 - 2 weeks per iteration depending on the complexity of the design. Here I will require from you some initial details to get started such as:

3D assembly design for manufacturing will have a general timeline of 1 - 2 months. Additionally to the initial details mentioned above, I will require more information on your embedded components/electronics (if any) and manufacturing process requirements for your project.
Finally, technical drawings will have a general timeline of 1 - 2 weeks per assembly.
