Summary

Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy research is an entry project, where I help with your marketing. It can have any depth: from a single call to clarify your hypotheses and discuss ideas, to in-depth business audit, where we deeply dive into your product, market, customers and user experience (UX). Optionally, within this project we can launch campaigns to validate hypotheses and gather market data.

  • Competitors Audit

    I will research your market and competitors, gather best practices and find market gaps for your company;

  • Marketing Plan

    This document will describe GTM opportunities and steps you need to consistently follow to achieve next level in your marketing efforts. This document is based on prior research that may have various depth: for example include validation of best performing marketing channels, understanding of unit economy and approximate calculation of marketing budgets. Optionally we can make attempts to sell your product and gather feedback from users. We can also deeply research your users, and include user personas to the project (your ICP - ideal customer profile, fictional users that represent features for wider group of prospects), priorities market niches and user segments, I will provide my suggestions on best niche.

  • Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas (optionally)

    If you don't have structured information about your business model, we can make an extended research: a Lean Model Canvas is used for early (pre-revenue) startups, while Business Model Canvas is for acting companies.
