• Timelines

  I will create timelines that work best for you and your team for easy understanding. These can also be updated throughout the process based on feedback and update periods.

• Project Overviews

  I will create an overview of what is expected of every team member throughout the creation process. This includes general overview of scope, and details such as specs, due dates, and messaging expectations.

• Proposals

  I will review incoming RFP's and create proposals based off of the mandatories presented in each RFP. These will be tailored to reflect the potential clients brand, values, and goals.

• General Project Management

  Communication between internal teams, deadline setting and updating, follow up, providing necessary information, and acquiring any additional information needed.
