Statement of Work
This is the document the project will be based upon. It will encompass the goals and scope of the project, timeline, etc. The statement of work (SOW) will be approved by both parties prior to starting project activities.
RACI
Roles and responsibilities chart to be included in the SOW
Timeline
This is the nitty-gritty of your project, encompassing who does what and when in order to ensure the project is delivered on time.
This is a living, breathing, document that may change.
Risk Assessment
Identification and assessment of potential risks and the development of contingency plans to mitigate them.
Budget
Throughout the project I will work with you to make sure the project is progressing within budget, including reconciliation of invoices, quotes, and eGBVs.
An initial total quote will be provided prior to any work commencing.
Quality Control
Testing to ensure the project accomplished the desired goal (may not be applicable)
Project Closure Report
Once the project is completed a report will be generated summarizing the project results, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.
