Requirements Call (Day 1): We learn about your tech stack, team culture, current workflow, and the specific gaps you need filled. We want to know how your team actually works — not just what frameworks you use.
Candidate Matching (Days 2–5): We hand-pick 3–5 developers from our bench who match your technical and cultural requirements. You get their profiles, portfolio links, and availability. No generic resumes — these are people we know and have worked with.
Technical Interview (Days 5–7): You interview the candidates your way. We're happy to facilitate a pair programming session, system design walkthrough, or whatever your standard hiring process looks like. You choose who joins your team.
Onboarding & Integration (Week 2): Your new developer gets access to your repos, joins your Slack/Teams, attends your standups, and starts contributing. We handle contracts, payments, and compliance so your HR team doesn't have to.
Ongoing Support & Check-ins: We stay involved with monthly check-ins to make sure the engagement is working for both sides. If something isn't clicking, we address it immediately or swap in a replacement at no extra cost during the first two weeks.
