Process

1 - A half hour meeting to discuss your requirements & to ascertain who your clients are, what your business is about and what you expect or want from your website.

2 - Quote and deposit payment with agreed timeline and requirements for us to proceed: logo, imagery etc. 3 - Contract signed: agrees that all information you provide remains yours however should final payment not be made, the website will not go live.

4 - I adhere to strict timelines as it ensures that your marketing is completed on time and we are not delayed with starting other projects. 5 - All your information is collated in a Google folder and kept until the project is finalised. On receipt of the final payment we hand over your logins which we strongly recommend you change immediately and keep a copy of all new logins safe!!

6 - During the process I will present you with a few examples of sites in your business arena or that strike me as relevant.

You will give me examples of the types of layouts, colors etc excite you.

From that we'll devise the website.

Once we've found style that works to present the business effectively, we proceed with the design.

At 3/4 point you'll have opportunity to view and make a few changes.

Another edit opportunity to ensure all content, text, grammar etc is correct - it's your website so important you spend time reading and reviewing to ensure it fully represents your business.

Usually a small business or simple business website takes a month from start to finish.

More complex sites like e-commerce timelines depend on number of products and availability of that data.

I've been in SEO since the outset of the industry so am fully versed at the most effective ways to generate foundational SEO to maintain good results in searches. Using the most effective SEO tools to ensure that your site is fully compliant in all search engine rules. I personally handwrite all content to ensure that the English is exceptional, that every word counts in the SEO crawling and every aspect of your business is depicted accurately to ensure credibility with clients.
Creating Trust and Credibility
To gain or retain clients trust and credibility are priorities. Whilst building your business website I prioritise creating a portal that instantly generates trust and credibility through brand positioning, written content and imagery. I have also built my brand and business on trust so never ever share any of your business information or content, client information or business processes with anyone else.
Website Content owned by You
On payment of the final amount the website, all imagery and logins are handed over to you. Your logo, images and content provided always belong to you and will not be used for any other purpose. This is in my contract so that you and your clients are safely protected.
Social Media feeds
All websites must have social media feeds connected to their websites - both displaying on the website and icons linked to social media. I make 100% sure all your social media is as prominent as possible to ensure your marketing flow is continuously building.
Brand Design - if included
If Brand design is required then that's what we'll provide for you. I do wire framework designs which I then send to a graphic designer to 'tart up' to meet the highest graphics standards to ensure that your design not only stands the test of time but is scalable and usable in all formats of print and online.
Dependable Service: 1 month for SME basic website
I like to keep to deadlines so unless there's an extreme situation on my side or you've delayed sending information, your website will be delivered on time and exactly as you want it. (After two edits).
