What's considered a small task vs. a large task?
Small tasks include minor updates, content changes, or bug fixes that take under 4 hours to complete. Large tasks involve new sections, complex features, or significant redesigns that require more extensive development time.
How does the communication process work?
You'll have direct access to me through a private Slack channel where we can discuss projects, share updates, and address questions in real-time. All tasks are tracked on a dedicated Trello board that you can check anytime.
What if I need urgent changes?
While I maintain a 48-hour turnaround for small tasks, I prioritize urgent requests whenever possible. Just flag it as urgent in our Slack channel, and I'll adjust my schedule to accommodate your timeline.
