Summary
I will help you visualize your character in 3D for marketing or 3D printing. I will refine the model until you are satisfied with the result. Whether you’re launching a new product or enhancing an existing one for marketing, presentations, TV, film, etc., I’ve got you covered! As a 3D Generalist, I have worked on many projects for big brands like TV Tokyo, Sunrise, Toyota, NBA, Dell, AT&T, and others while working at different studios.
Process
Understand your specific needs and goals for your product.
Project Objective, Target Audience, Creative Direction, Object size, etc. Pose or No Pose?
Use an existing concept image or create new concepts.
I can use an existing concept image or come up with a couple of concepts on my end and present them to you. We can use sketches, AI, photobashing, and Photoshop to develop this before moving to 3D.
Sculpt the product once the concept is approved.
Create a to-scale 3D model of your character.
The 3D model will be a highly detailed sculpt.
The product can be rendered in Blender.
Deliver the character and its 3D file in the format of your choice.
I can render high-quality image stills of the character.
How long will it take?
Depending on the number of revisions and the complexity of the character, time may vary, but usually, it takes one to three weeks. More revisions will delay the project. This can change depending on the project scope and other requirements we discuss in the initial call.
Revisions:
You get an unlimited number of revisions until satisfied with the product. However, you cannot change the direction of the approved concept after we agree upon it. For example, if we have approved the concept of a cyborg girl with a sword, then changing it to an iguana monster would be a complete redo of the project and will have to start over.
High-quality renders:
I can render your product and produce high-quality images of it using studio lighting. I can render and have different compositions of images for posting to different social media platforms. We can discuss which formats you want the image in, whether it’s for phone, TV, or square. This info should be figured out ahead of time so I can set cameras/render to work for those different compositions.
I can render up to 10 images, but each image, depending on the complexity, will take more time. For example, if one image/render takes an hour to render, then 10 images will take a total of 10 hours to render, etc.
I will deliver the result in a format of your choice.
Render size limit is 4k.
What's included
3D Character Concept
Deliver the character and its 3D file in the format of your choice. I can render high-quality image stills of the character. 3D model Blender file will be provided. The 3D model will not have proper topology as it is only a sculpt and will be a raw high topo mesh. Retopology for animation or a low-poly mesh for games would be a different job. Sorry, no rigging or animation, as it is not one of my skill sets at the moment.
