About this service

Summary

I create web and mobile products that look amazing, feel effortless to use, and actually move your business forward. Starting with UX strategy and wireframes, then crafting pixel-perfect interfaces and complete design systems, everything handed off ready for development and built to scale.

Process

1. Define the project and scope
We start by getting everyone on the same page. We'll work with your team to understand your business objectives, any technical limitations we need to consider, and what your users really need. From there, we'll clearly outline what we're building, what you'll receive, and when you can expect it.
2. Conduct research
Before we design anything, we need to understand the landscape. We dive deep into user behavior, study your market, analyze competitors, and examine your existing products or services. This research helps us uncover pain points your users are experiencing and identify opportunities in the market. You'll typically see this work come together in user personas and customer journey maps that guide our design decisions.
3. Ideate and sketch
With solid research in hand, we start generating ideas. This is where we explore different approaches through quick sketches, rough prototypes, and wireframes. It's all about getting ideas out fast and exploring possibilities before we commit to any particular direction.
4. Create high-fidelity designs
Once we've validated our concepts, we transform those rough wireframes into polished, interactive prototypes. We use established design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency. These high-fidelity designs give you a clear picture of how the final product will look and feel.
5. Conduct usability testing and iterate
We don't just assume our designs work – we test them with real users. This helps us validate our ideas, catch usability issues early, and ensure the design is accessible to everyone. Based on what we learn, we refine the designs through multiple iterations until we get it right.
6. Arrange design handoff
When the designs are ready, we prepare everything your development team needs to bring them to life. This includes detailed specifications, all the design assets, and comprehensive documentation. We work closely with your engineers throughout implementation to address any questions and ensure everything is feasible.
7. Launch and monitor
Our job doesn't end at launch. We support the implementation process and then evaluate how the final product performs against your original business goals. We track user satisfaction, monitor accessibility compliance, and make additional improvements based on real-world usage data.

FAQs

  • Q1: What’s the difference between Product Design and UX/UI Design?

Product Design goes beyond just creating the interface. It covers the entire process from strategy to delivery, including research, user flows, wireframes, UI, and a design system, ensuring the product solves the right problems and drives business results.

  • Q2: Do you also handle development?

Yes. While my main focus is design, I can also handle Framer / Webflow development for web projects or work closely with your development team to ensure a smooth handoff. If you need development resources, I can recommend trusted partners.

  • Q3: How long does a project take?

Timelines vary depending on scope, but most full product design projects take 4–12 weeks. This includes research, design iterations, and feedback rounds. Smaller scopes or MVPs can be delivered faster.

  • Q4: What tools do you use?

I primarily work in Figma for UX, UI, and design systems. For prototypes, I may use Framer or Figma’s interactive features. Deliverables are always developer-ready.

  • Q5: Can you redesign my existing product?

Absolutely. I can perform a UX Audit first to identify what’s working and what’s not, then redesign your product to improve usability, conversions, and visual consistency.

  • Q6: Will I own the designs after the project is complete?

Yes. Once the project is complete and payment is finalized, you’ll have full ownership of all design files, assets, and documentation.

  • Q7: Do you work with startups or only large companies?

Both. I’ve designed for early-stage startups, scale-ups, and corporate teams. My process adapts to your team size, budget, and product maturity.

  • Q8: How do we start working together?

We’ll start with a discovery call to align on your goals, scope, and timelines. From there, I’ll prepare a detailed proposal with deliverables and milestones.
