I reply with a fixed price and a delivery date. Requests are handled in order.

You pay 50% (or 100%), I send the starter kit.

You send every required file. Your delivery date counts from that day.

You pay the balance, I transfer the site to your Framer account with a go-live guide and 14 days of fixes.

A feedback round is one written list of up to 20 changes, within what the template already has: texts, images, section order, colours, fonts, spacing. Anything sent after the list goes into the next round. New sections, pages or features are quoted. Extra round: $120.

The 14 days of fixes after handover cover defects in what I delivered: a broken link, a layout breaking on a device, a missing CMS item, content that doesn’t match your kit. Changes, and anything caused by your own edits in Framer, are quoted.

50% to start, 50% before handover, or 100% upfront. Paid on Contra, no other arrangement. Nothing is transferred before full payment. Full refund before work starts; after that, 50% of the price is kept and nothing is delivered.

Writing your copy from scratch, logo design, photography, legal advice, booking or payment systems built into the site (buttons link to the tools you already use). The Framer site plan and domain are paid by you, directly to Framer and your registrar.
