Process
Milestone 1: Onboarding
Meet to exchange contact information, project details, login credentials, third-party software, any necessary media, logos, etc. We define the immediate tasks to be completed and lay out the steps and procedures for the weeks ahead.
Milestone 2: Approval of Design Concept
Submit the design for review and handle any revisions. Gather copywriting and any other collateral not already provided. Receive approval of design concept and/or theme.
Milestone 3: Project Finish
This stage features the bulk of development, review, and testing. We meet to discuss progress and get feedback. The project closes upon your satisfaction and receipt of the last payment.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payments are typically broken down into installments. The number of payments depends on how large and far-reaching the project is.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. I offer annual maintenance services for clients who need ongoing support. Please contact me for a custom quote.
Do you work alone?
No. I have the help of a co-developer and a design partner. With their help, I'm able to provide 24/7 service to new clients as well as manage the sites for over two dozen long-term maintenance clients.
How long does it take to complete a project?
A standard-sized website can take 2-6 weeks depending on the scope of the work and how efficiently we manage the review/revision process. Express work is available upon request.
