I. Organization & Collaboration 👥
I / 1. How are we going to start working together?
Communication is highly important, specifically for this type of project. An audiovisual production requires as many creative as technical details from you, in order to create the exact composition you are looking for. Thus, we will discuss on these points to clarify your project first.
I / 2. What about communication during the production period?
Once we have validated together the direction your project will take, we will of course stay in contact during the whole production length in case you want to make some modifications and to inform you about the progression.
I / 3. Can I bring you some examples in order to show you what I am looking for?
Of course. I suggest you show me as many examples as you wish (picture, video, music, VFX, ...) in order to illustrate a need that is difficult for you to explain.
I / 4. How do you manage your projects?
I manage all my projects from A to Z, in constant relation with my clients. From the storyline and the sketches to the export.
I create the various elements of a composition myself. Depending on the production, I also take some assets/media from stock websites and bring modifications.
I / 5. What is your average time production?
This obviously depends on the project. My average production time is between 1 and 3 weeks.
I / 6. How it goes if I would like to bring important modifications during the production phase?
We can of course bring important modifications during the production phase.
I warn you on the point that major changes require an evolution of the budget and a modification of the production time.
II. Funding & Budget 📊
II / 1. How will the budget for my audiovisual production be determined?
Each composition is unique and have their specifics. That mean the budget is different between each production. It will be determined according to your project and your needs at first. Then, it may be revised during the production depending on the updates to be made to the project.
I want to assure you that an estimate can be established and revised according to your project.
II / 2. How does it work in the case where I discuss with you the implementation of important modifications to the project during production?
At this precise moment, we will put the project in pause except for the production of the elements which will not be subject to modifications.
We will thereby take the time to study all the changes to be made and then I’ll submit you the additional budget to invest, which will be added to the initial one.
I would like to inform you that any significant modification made to a project will require an extension of the production time initially planned.
III. The files exchange 📥
III / 1. How do you transfer the files?
I work with the Google suite and I mainly use Google Drive to share and update all the files I submit to you.
The Google Drive folders are private between you and me and are available 24/7.
I therefore recommend that you have a Gmail address, so you don’t face any problems.
III / 2. Which files will I receive once the production will be complete?
Inside the private folder that we will have in common, you will find these specific files:
- The production (MP4)
- A cover picture (JPEG & PNG).
- A document with Keywords and Hashtags related to your project (PDF).
+ Other files according to your needs.
III / 3. In case I send you files related to the project, what will happen to them once the production is complete?
All the files related to the project that you will have sent me will remain strictly confidential between you and me.
Once the production will be complete, they'll remain inside the folder that contains all the files which will have served to create your project. I'll not be able to delete them due to a corruption of the source files.
In addition, it will also allow to bring updates to the project over time if you wish to come back on some details.

IV / 1. Which softwares do you use?
I mainly work with the Adobe environment, and I essentially use After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
I also have specific plug-ins inside After Effects. In order to create some VFX for example, I use those distributed by Maxon (Red Giant - Trapcode) and Video Copilot; and Motion Bro for the motion design and editing part.
IV / 2. Will my project be featured in your gallery?
Like all the audiovisual productions that I have been able to achieve, yours will appear in my gallery. It allows me to reinforce my portfolio and illustrate a field on which I have intervened.
On the other hand, it increases the confidence that my future clients can have towards me and allows them to have an overview of my productions, so that they are able to notice if my work can match with what they are looking for.
In addition, by having a dedicated page on my website, you'll be featured.
IV / 3. In which language(s) can you converse?
We can exchange in French and in English.

1️⃣ What resolution (in pixels) do you want to apply to your audiovisual production (ex: 1920*1080 px)?
If you don't know yet, we'll discuss it.
2️⃣ Have you files to share with me in order the create the audiovisual production you are looking for?
We can use a personal and private Google Drive folder to facilitate document exchanges.
3️⃣ What length will have your project?
This question can be difficult to answer because the length of a composition can be adjusted during the production, depending on the project we are working on and the duration of the scene(s).
4️⃣ How many FPS* your project will have?
*FPS: Frames per second. The more you have, the smoother the production will seem when watching. The average range between 25-60.
5️⃣ We will start from:
a. A project that you already have whose files you send me.
b. A blank project that we will have to elaborate together.
6️⃣ Will you need a specific editing of the composition such as: Intro, Outro, Transitions, Soundtrack(s), SFX*?
*SFX: Sound Effects.
