Story reposting
On Instagram, keeping an eye on the tags made by the community to repost them in case they are aesthetically suitable for the profile. Likewise, collecting or requesting user-generated content (UGC) if it is functional for use on the account.
Monthly report
Every month, I provide a report of the activities I carried out: number of posts and stories published, quantity of collected leads, top 3 posts of the month, user-generated content, and important insights for the account (complaints, observations, trends, etc.). If necessary, this report can be delivered more frequently, and additional aspects to evaluate or measure can be added to its content.
