• Kick-off meetings and consultancy calls to discover the right problems to be solved and the adequate solutions for them,

• Balancing the business requirements with the user needs to make the product prone to profitable long-term growth,

• Auditing currently existing designs and building hypotheses and recommendations,

• Primary and secondary research (surveys, competition analysis, UX direction planning workshops, user personas & journeys, etc.),

• Establishing the design architecture of the product (user flows, screen flows, wireframing, etc.)

• Building high-fidelity designs and prototypes for the product,

• Building and maintaining the design system & library,

• Presenting the design to various stakeholders and users,

• Validating designs and research insights with users (user testing, user interviews),

• Hand-off the design to developers and oversee the design implementation process.
