Your dashboard already has agents in it. You just don't call them that.
Syncs, automations, background jobs, integrations, a teammate in another timezone, things happen that your user didn't do. But most dashboards are designed as if the user is the only actor: one person, one click, one result. Then reality shows up, and the interface has no way to say what changed while you were away, what's still running, or what went wrong at 3am.
That's the gap I work in. I've spent four years designing interfaces for software that acts on its own: two production platforms, plus my own product, shipped solo. The same thinking applies to ordinary SaaS, because ordinary SaaS stopped being ordinary a while ago.
The rest is craft: information architecture, design systems, and the unglamorous surfaces people live inside for eight hours a day.

What's included

Product thesis & audit
One direction, argued: what I'd change, in what order, what I'd leave alone. You approve the thinking before I spend your budget on pixels.
Flows and screens
Wireframes through high-fidelity UI. Including the states nobody designs: loading, empty, stale, partial, failed, and "something happened while you were gone."
Design system
Tokens, components, variants, documentation. Built so your team extends it without me.
Figma source + handoff
Editable files and implementation notes. I write front-end (HTML/CSS/Tailwind), so my specs get built the way they're drawn.
