About this service

Summary

Whether you're looking for a long-term strategy or support on a campaign, we'll work together in four phases:

1. Goals and objectives for your brand or project

We'll start with a kickoff call to go over your goals for the project. Ahead of the call, I'll send you a questionnaire to help you prep. We'll talk through your brand, any relevant business objectives, and who you feel your key competitors (or aspirations) are.

2. Brand and audience exploration

With our goals and objectives set, I'll start digging into your brand a bit more. I'll look through your existing accounts, website, brand book, and any other resources you have available. I'll look at your brand messging and tone, filling in any gaps. I'll also look at your existing audience to understand any trends or patterns.

3. Competitor and audience research

I'll look at any competitors or inspiration you supply and conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis to inform the strategy. I'll also explore the demographics and interests of your target audience.

4. Strategy development

Once the research is complete, I'll get to work on the strategy! I'll build out a comprehensive deck that will act as your functional go-forward strategy. It'll include:

Social media objectives

Channel strategy

Content pillars

Content ideas

Tactics to increase channel growth

Wrapping up

Once the strategy is developed, we'll have an in-depth call to run through the strategy and go over any questions. If amends or changes need to be addressed, we can talk through next steps.

Turnaround time for this service is between 1-2 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project and your own availability! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
