  • Calendar management

    I use Calendly, Google calendar or Notion to manage and organize events on your calendar.

  • Data Entry

    I have a lot of experience using tools like Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Automate, etc), Google Drive, Notion, and more, to do talks related to Data entry

  • Transcription English-Spanish and/or Spanish-English

    Translation of documents, all the documents are handled with care and privacy, I do not use it as a work example.

  • Invoincing and Payroll management

    Send digital invoices and do the chasing of scofflaws for you, additionally, I can handle your payroll system, create lateness and attendance reports of your employees, and do payroll corrections,

  • Organizing digital files

    Organize files, coordinate schedules and calendars, make travel arrangements, and generally take charge of administrative tasks.

  • Others
