AI-Powered Feedback Collection & Smart Routing Automation
I built an AI automation workflow using n8n to collect user feedback from forms, analyze it with AI, and automatically organize it into the right action paths. The system is designed to make feedback handling faster, more organized, and easier for teams to manage.
The workflow starts by collecting feedback from users through a form. Once submitted, the feedback is processed by Gemini 3 Pro, which analyzes the text and classifies it into categories such as feature request, complaint, or compliment. Based on the category, the feedback is routed to the appropriate Slack channel so the right team can review it immediately.
At the same time, all feedback details are stored in Airtable for tracking, record-keeping, and future analysis. I also added an email reply flow through Gmail, so users can receive a response automatically after their feedback is received and processed.
This automation helps teams:
collect feedback in one place,
understand customer sentiment faster,
reduce manual work,
route issues to the correct department,
and maintain a clean, searchable feedback database.
