About this service

Summary

We create custom illustrations for children's books that capture the essence of your story in a unique and engaging way. Our process is straightforward, collaborative, and designed to deliver professional results that fit your vision.

Process

Initial Consultation:
We’ll discuss your book, vision, style preferences, and specific illustration needs. You’ll share any references, ideas, or concepts you have in mind.
Project Agreement & Payment:
We’ll send over a contract outlining the project details, deliverables, and payment terms. A deposit or full payment is required to start the work.
Concept Sketches:
We will create initial rough sketches or thumbnails for your review. This gives you a chance to provide feedback before we move on to the final artwork.
Revisions & Approval:
You’ll review the sketches, and we'll make any requested revisions. Once approved, we’ll move forward with the final illustrations.
Final Illustrations:
After incorporating any final adjustments, we’ll finish the artwork, adding color, detail, and polish. You’ll receive the completed high-resolution files.
Final Delivery & License:
The final illustrations are delivered in your preferred format (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.), along with the commercial use license.
Project Completion:
Once the final deliverables are sent and the project is complete, the collaboration is officially closed. Any future work or additional revisions will be discussed and quoted separately.

What's included

  • Concept Sketches

    Rough black-and-white sketches or thumbnails for initial feedback and approval. These outline the composition and layout of each illustration. Format: JPEG or PNG files for review. Quantity: One sketch per illustration (up to the total number in the package). Revisions: Includes up to 2 revisions.

  • Final Illustrations

    Fully finalized illustrations created to align with the story's theme and vision, delivered in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF formats (300 DPI) for print or digital use. Quantity: Based on the package chosen (e.g., 1, 5, 10, or more illustrations). Revisions: Includes up to 2 revisions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Licensing Agreement

    A commercial-use license that gives the client rights to use the illustrations for publishing, marketing, and distribution.
