How Cleena Bins Booked 54 Jobs with Less Than 150 Followers

The Challenge

Cleena Bins is a local bin-cleaning service targeting residential homes and commercial areas in Sydney.
Like many small businesses, they didn’t have thousands of followers, viral content, or a massive advertising budget. In fact, the page had fewer than 150 followers when we started focusing on growth and engagement strategies.
The goal wasn’t to chase vanity metrics.
The real goal was simple: 👉 Generate inquiries and book real paying customers.

The Strategy

Instead of focusing on follower count alone, I focused on creating content and engagement strategies designed to reach the right audience.
My approach included:
Creating relatable and problem-focused content
Posting before-and-after cleaning results
Writing captions with strong calls to action
Targeting local audiences through organic engagement
Building trust through consistency and educational posts
Highlighting real customer pain points like dirty bins, maggots, smells, and hygiene concerns
Every piece of content was created with one purpose: Turn viewers into inquiries.

The Result

Despite having fewer than 150 followers, Cleena Bins successfully secured:
Just recently, 54 jobs were booked in a single strata building
5-star rating on Google reviews
Featured in the Sydney local search site as Top NSW cleaning services
This proved something many businesses overlook:
You do not need massive followers to generate sales.

Key Takeaway

A smaller but targeted audience will always outperform a large audience that isn’t interested in your services.
Social media success is not just about going viral; it’s about attracting the right people who are ready to book, inquire, and become loyal customers.
That’s the strategy I help service-based businesses implement: creating content that doesn’t just look good, but actually drives results.
