What's included

• Project Management Plan

  A detailed outline of the project and how it will be managed from start to finish. This includes the steps to reach and what events should take place at each project milestone.

• Project Scope Document

  This document provides an overview of the purpose and specifications of the project as a result of the Discovery process.

• Story Board

  A complete list of User Stories with a priority assigned (Must have, should have, could have). This will also provide a suggested method for rolling out features in a way that is the fastest to market. User stories will be assigned to two-week sprints with review dates and testing dates included.

• Bi-weekly Sprint Assessment

  This document is provided within 2 days from the end of the previous sprint and details the results of the user stories scheduled for development during this sprint. It also highlights things that went wrong, things to do better, and things that worked well for the team.

• Project Status reports

  These can be provided on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to the management team.
