Process

My 3-Stage Brand Design Process:

Stage One - Brand Strategy & Research In this initial stage, we'll dive deep into understanding your brand and business. To gain a clear perspective on your vision, you'll receive our Brand Clarity Questionnaire, which will guide us in uncovering the essence of your brand. Alongside this, I’ll ask you to create a Pinterest board that captures the mood and feel you envision for your brand. This board should include a diverse array of inspirations—ranging from art and photography to interior design, colors, fonts, logos, website layouts, landscape imagery, and graphics. These elements will help shape the creative direction of your brand identity.

Stage Two - Brand Identity/Design Phase Leveraging the insights gathered from our initial vision and mission discussions, along with your completed questionnaire, I will craft two moodboard concepts and establish the overarching creative direction for your brand. This direction serves as the foundation for your visual identity.

Following this, I’ll begin the exciting process of designing your logo concepts. You’ll receive three unique logo designs, each thoughtfully crafted to embody your brand’s essence. Additionally, I’ll curate a custom color palette and select a typography suite tailored specifically to your brand’s personality and industry. These elements will be showcased across various mockups relevant to your field, all presented in a stunning video presentation that brings your brand to life.

Stage Three - Deliverables After you’ve reviewed the video presentation of your brand, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions. Once you approve the final design, I’ll complete your Brand Guidelines Booklet, detailing how to effectively use your new brand elements. I’ll also prepare and organize your logo files and social media/stationery kit files/links. All your design files will be delivered via a Google Drive link, granting you full access and ownership of your brand assets.

By the end of this journey, you’ll gain renewed clarity and a deeper sense of purpose for your business. With your distinctive brand identity, you’ll feel more confident and empowered, ready to make a significant impact in your unique way.

Welcome Packet
The welcome packet is there to help the onboarding process! It provides the hours I work, how the design process will flow, etc.
Creative Direction Questionnaire
The creative direction questionnaire is something that will greatly help the design process. It provides in-depth questions about who you are, what your business is/does, what the business goals are, and more!
Creative Direction and Moodboards
Moodboards are essential for providing creative direction during the branding process, which is why I will provide two creative direction concepts, based on the answers from your strategy questionnaire.
Logo Design Suite
• Primary Logo • Secondary Logo • Alternative Logo • Submark • Favicon
Color System
The color system includes your brand colors, the digital/print values, and any pairings to the core brand colors.
Typography System
The fonts chosen are perfect for your needs, social media, websites, etc that work with your logo. Specifications are given for headings, subheadings, paragraphs, CTA buttons, etc.
Brand Guidelines Booklet
A full, branded PDF booklet that showcases all elements of your brand and instructions for proper logo use, color codes for your palette, examples and proper use suggestions for your typography suite, and more!
Deliverables
All files provided: SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS via Google Drive Link
Social Media Kit
This branded social media kit includes 9 Instagram post templates, 9 Instagram story templates, 1 profile picture, and 6 highlight icons. (I will also provide templates for Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest if asked).
Stationery Kit
This includes any 2 of the following branded collaterals: business card, thank you card, letterhead, and notecard.
