Which platforms do you monitor?
I primarily cover Discord and Reddit, but I can also manage Steam Community Hubs, standard email support (Zendesk/HelpScout), and Twitter/X mentions.
Do you ban users or just fix bugs?
My primary focus is Bug Triage (finding and verifying technical issues). However, I can also act as a Moderator to enforce community rules and de-escalate toxic situations if needed.
Do you use auto-responses?
No. I provide human, verified responses. If a user says, "it crashed," I ask for their logs and attempt to reproduce it myself before replying.
Can I hire you for a one-time launch event?
