Most founders at a certain stage have the same problem: the work is good, the vision is clear, and there is still never enough time to think. Things that should be decided remain unfinished. Projects that need an owner have several, or none. Your creative team is talented and poised for work, clients are onboarded and the space between strategy and execution keeps widening.
This is the role that closes that gap. I work directly with founders and executives to translate what they're trying to build into plans that actually deliver — owning the operational and human layer so they don't have to. That includes building and running leadership rhythms, holding cross-functional accountability, managing the projects that don't fit cleanly into anyone's job description, and being the person who catches things before they become expensive.
A meaningful part of that human layer is the people inside the systems. How teams are developed, how talent is recognized and grown, how culture gets built intentionally rather than by default. I've built onboarding frameworks, run performance and feedback structures, and worked closely with individual contributors and managers to help them do their best work. That's not a separate engagement — it's how I understand the CoS role to work.
It’s twelve years of pattern recognition— twelve years of navigating complex human systems, reading situations before they fully surface, and building responses that work because they've been earned rather than theorized.
