I will complete a project action plan after we consult on the project you need help with. Then after we agree upon a budget for the project, I can hire freelancers and vet and manage them for you. I will keep you updated on the project as we progress. I also have independent freelancers who are contracted to work on my team who are at your disposal depending on the needs of the project.

We start with a consultation. I will do an assessment where I ask you some questions that will help me gather all of the information that I need to help you develop a project action plan. We will determine before we begin the project, how many business consultation calls you would like per month. During these calls, I will update you on your project. I can also advise you on other projects that you have in your pipeline. My weekly rate does not include the cost of the project. For example, if I have to hire 3 freelancers to complete the project, I will provide an upfront hard cost estimate. Your total estimate will be my weekly $fee plus the cost to complete the project. I will not start your project until the invoice is approved and paid in full.
