  As the service is provided via email, reasonable amount of content is expected. This means you should concentrate your questions within the email, references should be ideally summarized and not hundreads of external pages. In case you send me more than I can handle, I will make notice of it.

• Do you offer any refunds?

  Unfortunately, I don't offer any form of money-back guarantee. In case I find your expected scope beyond this offering, or out of my expertise I will cancel and refund you before starting.

  No, the service applies for a single person of contact.

• How fast do you respond?

  It depends on the length and complexity of the questions. Typically I aim to formulate feedback by the next day the latest.
