Include all necessary architectural elements or specific features requested by the client.

4. Rendering and Visualization

Apply textures, lighting, and materials to create photorealistic renderings.

Produce high-quality still images and, if required, animations or walkthroughs.

5. Client Review & Revisions

Present the draft renderings and models to the client.

Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with the client’s vision.

6. Final Render & Polishing

Refine renderings based on feedback, ensuring all details are accurate.

Polish the final visualizations to make them presentation-ready.

7. Delivery

Provide final 3D models, renderings, and files in agreed formats (DWG, OBJ, PDF, JPEG, etc.).

Ensure the client receives all the deliverables within the established timeline.

8. Follow-up
