What's included

• Drafting designs

  I will create plans for existing or new spaces or designs. This involves analyzing the function of the area or the purpose of the design and incorporating your goals. Once I have a clear vision, typically I will begin to draft designs.

• Build prototypes and perform usability testing.

  From the user's point of view, usability is important because it can make the users complete the task accurately, and users can operate it with a pleasant mood rather than feeling stupid. From the developer's aspect, usability is an important principle to determine the success of a system

• Roadmap user experience strategies.

  A field roadmap communicates the UX-design process, from early discovery research to content creation and to wireframing and clearly articulates future UX work. It gives a high-level view into the problems that the UX team must solve and frames needs from the beneficiary's point of view.

• Provide ongoing direction and means to measure the effectiveness of UX.

  In order to balance business goals with usability, you need to develop a UX strategy built on real-world data. That is, your UX decisions should be based on research (including metrics, user interviews, feedback, and competitive analysis) as well as business goals and constraints (like budget, project scope, and how the product fits into the company’s greater mission).

• Engage and educate key staff members.

  As you learn your stakeholders' goals, you can share how good UX can help them meet them. As an added bonus, better understanding your stakeholders and where they're coming from will improve your ability to cater presentations to their goals, concerns and interests, which is always a plus.
