Oaklee Learning Academy had a full presentation built in PowerPoint. The content worked and the brand direction was already set, but the slides looked assembled rather than designed, so the message kept getting buried under the layout.
The brief was simple: keep every word and every brand element, and fix how it reads.
What I changed: moved the whole deck from PowerPoint into Canva so the team could keep editing it themselves. Set a consistent type scale and spacing so slides stopped competing with each other. Gave each slide one focal point, with the supporting detail second. Tidied the icons and graphics so they supported the content instead of decorating it. Built a repeating slide system so the deck holds together past slide ten.
The result: same message, same brand, and a presentation that reads cleanly from the first slide to the last. A paid project, delivered as an editable file."
