Discovery phase - We review the project requirements and deliverables as well as the existing content if available, and perform a content audit. This may or may not include stakeholder interviews, user surveys, or user testing. Client will provide existing brand guidelines, access to content, and examples of designs they like and don't like. Working with the developer, I'll ensure the design meets the requirements of the hosting platform.
Design phase - I'll create wireframes to accommodate the content and meet the requirements. We'll begin with a first draft aimed at gathering feedback to improve the design. Client is entitled to two revisions.
Final design - Client will receive design in PNG format at high resolution with clear instructions on how to implement the design.
What's included
Kickoff/ Consultation meeting
We'll review the current product and what the needs of the business are, current pain points and create a project brief with a timeline and agreed upon deliverables.
Content Audit
I'll review the current content and/or discuss future content to build out a the content hierarchy and wireframe.
Design
After we've agreed on the wireframe, I'll create a design based on brief and feedback. Client is entitled to two revisions. Anything beyond that is an additional cost.
