Process

1. Introduction Zoom Call (10-20 minutes)

Objective: Discuss client expectations and main goals.

Agenda:

Overview of the project

Timeline and deadlines

Budget considerations

2. Design Brief Submission

Objective: Gather detailed information about the project’s style and aesthetic preferences.

Process:

Send the client a design brief form

Ask about preferred styles, colors, and any reference materials

Request any additional information that could aid the project

If the client doesn't have any preferences or image/video references, I'll provide a few for their consideration.

3. Moodboard Creation

Objective: Develop a visual reference to ensure alignment on style and tone.

Process:

Compile images, color palettes, animations and design elements

Present the moodboard to the client for feedback and approval

4. Production Phase

Objective: Bring the project to life through various stages of 3D video creation.

Steps:

Layout and Animation: Establish the basic structure, environment, create the movement and dynamics of the 3D elements (during this stage only black and white colors are used)

Lighting and Shading: Set up the lighting and colors, apply textures and materials to the 3D models

Render: Generate the final high-quality video

Present each step to the client for approval

5. Post-Production

Objective: Refine the final output to ensure it meets the highest standards.

Steps:

Color correction and compositing

Add any additional effects or graphics as needed

6. Final Delivery

Objective: Provide the client with the completed 3D video and any associated files.

Process:

Deliver the final video in the agreed-upon format(s)

Provide any additional deliverables (e.g., resizes, source files) as requested

Revisions: Up to 6 rounds of revisions included (2 rounds of drafts for each step of the production: 1) layout and animation; 2) lightning, shading and colors; 3) render and post-production).

Tailored resizes of the 3D video to fit various platforms and requirements. Discuss specifics with the client before starting the project. Format: MP4/MOV or AVI (or any other format, available upon request).
