FAQs

How does the payment work?
Most projects require two payments: a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment. For flat fee projects, Contra will request the full payment from you (the client) upfront. They will release the 50% deposit to me immediately, with the remaining 50% held until the project is complete. For larger projects, we can set up milestone payments. Clients will incur a Stripe processing fee for each payment. Contra does not store credit card information, as all payments are managed through Stripe.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The typical website process takes about 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the website and the specific requirements discussed during the initial consultation.
How will we communicate?
We'll begin with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project. For shorter communications, we'll use email, or I'll send you a brief recorded video.
What is included in the post-launch support?
Post-launch support includes assistance with any technical issues, bug fixes, and minor adjustments to ensure the website operates smoothly after going live.
Can I request additional features or changes during the development process?
Yes, you can request additional features or changes. However, depending on the scope and complexity of these changes, the project timeline and costs may need to be adjusted.
Do you do copywriting?
No, I highly recommend hiring a copywriter for heavy copy work.

Custom Design Layout for 3 Pages
This service is for 3-page SEO-optimized websites only. For example, this can include your home page, a portfolio page, and a contact page. Additional page design service is available at an additional cost in a separate invoice.
Website Responsiveness
You’ll have a website that adapts and functions seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. By adjusting the layout and content to fit each device, I enhance the accessibility and usability of your website, providing an optimal user experience for all visitors.
Shared Google Drive
To get started, I'll need some information from you. We'll use a shared Google Drive folder to keep everything organized. This folder will include your copywriting, images, videos, and other important materials.
Social Media Integration
Social media integration means adding links or widgets to your website that connect to your brand's social media profiles. This makes it easy for visitors to find and interact with your brand on different social platforms, increasing your online visibility and engagement.
Tutorial
At the end of our project and after transfer of ownership, I'll record a quick tutorial video on how to maintain your website.
Assistance of Domain Setup
If needed, I can assist in setting up your domain to your Squarespace website.
Revisions
