Our app development process works as follows:
1. Project Scope and outline.
We go through your business/software needs to create a scope that outlines the fundamentals of the project - What problem are you solving? What is the core functionality of the Software? What features do you need? How can we improve your idea?
2. Based on the project scope, we will setup a deliverables Timeline and Task Management document on Notion to make sure you are always up to date with the progress of the project.
3. We usually begin with App Mock-ups, Designs and Concepts but we can get straight into the development if that is preferred for small projects and MVP's.
4. As development proceeds we will be in touch for any queries, changes and progress updates.
5. We use Github as our primary version control to keep track of everything that is happening within the project, however if you'd prefer we use a different one we can do that as well!
6. Release.
We generally do not handle setting up release accounts (Google Play and App Store developer accounts) for our clients, however when the time comes that the app should be released we will be with you every step of the way when it comes to testing, screenshots, store listing setup and getting final builds working correctly.
