I am a professional illustrator, character designer as well as a graphic designer that has experience using Photoshop and it's features.
NOTE: bad resolution photos cannot be enhanced and made HD/HQ since lack of pixels cannot be turned into a clean resolution. The detail must be faked then (be vary) so make sure your images are of decent quality before sending.
I can do:
color correction and grading
remove unnecessary stuff on the image
add a filter style of your choice based on some references
remove backgrounds
blur a specific part or add focus
If you have something specific or less photos we can negotiate the "special offer price". Also if any special effects are needed or the image needs manipulation the price will vary and change according to the complexity of the project.
