  • Do you need to pay me any sort of advance?

    No.

  • Will I be available for any sort of meetings you wanna hold during the project at any time?e

    Yes, as long as that's not my sleeping time, haha.

  • Can you provide me ideas to change my strategies or approach them according to your requirements?

    Yes. I'll use my knowledge and your requirement as well to come to a middle point and I'll share that idea with you and take your opinion on it if you're okay to run that idea .

  • Oh will I be paying expenses for the initiatives taken under the project?

    No. I'll provide you a budget report and outline every expenditures that will be required during the project you can either accept it or reject it and I'll organize the project accordingly but the expenditures are yours to handle and does not have anything to do with my payment.

What's included

  • Project Strategy Report

    This will give you an idea about how I am planning to approach the project and how I'm strategizing to make an impact into your community and improve certain sectors. This will be provided earlier during the project.

  • Budget Report

    This section, if relevant, will provide you the necessary details of certain expenditures we might need to handle to accomplish the targets we have set for the project. This will be included only if any sort of monetary transaction or expenditure as needed to fulfill the project but if there is no required for any investment, then there is no requirement for a budget report either. Budget report can be submitted either at the start of the project or at the end of the project according to your preference.

  • Progress Report

    This will be provided somewhere in between the project timeline so that we can compare what impact we were able to create following the project strategy that we implemented from the start so that it gives a idea of any sort of improvements we need to do or success we have achieved so far.

  • Project Delivery Report

    This will be handed over towards the end of the project and will contain every initiatives that was taken under this project and the impact that it created with every step's taken and budget invested in that process. This will also contain a comparison of community engagement before and after the project to showcase the changes that we were successfully able to achieve through the project.
