Let's set up an introductory Zoom meeting to discuss the details.

Following our discussion, I will write a proposal for the project outlining the details, timeline and estimate with fee schedule. Also included will be a work agreement and invoice for project deposit if you choose to accept the proposal.

Once proposal is accepted and deposit is received, you will send your brand assets, website copy, photos, and any relevant reference links.

I'll create a design mockup for the home page, and you can provide feedback and revision notes.

Once the design is approved, I'll move on to the development phase and will need access to your hosting to install WordPress behind a "coming soon" page.

After building the site, you'll receive instructions on how to review it and share any revision notes.

Upon completing the revisions, final payment is due.

Once payment is received your website will be launched. I'll connect Google Analytics, add an open graph image for social media sharing, and install security and file backup plugins.

Post launch Zoom meeting is scheduled to go over managing your website and any other questions.
