Three weeks is enough to build a real product. It is not enough to build everything you have in mind. So the first thing we do is decide what the smallest useful version of your product looks like, and then I build that properly rather than building all of it badly.

I've spent over eight years shipping software, four of them at Spotify on fraud detection, commerce infrastructure and audiobooks, and I now build products for founders and early-stage teams. I've founded companies too, which mostly means I've learnt what to cut.

How it works Week 1: scoping call, product design, schema and architecture. You approve the designs and the feature list. Nothing moves into build until that's signed off. Week 2: core build. You get a working staging link at the end of the week and can click through it. Week 3: integrations, polish, testing, deployment and handover.

What I need from you A clear sense of the problem you're solving and who for. One decision-maker available for a call each week. Any brand assets you have. Accounts for third-party services we'll use, such as Stripe or your email provider.

What's out of scope Native mobile apps, anything requiring regulatory certification, and anything that depends on a third party who moves slower than three weeks. If you need any of those, message me and I'll scope it as a longer project.
