I've spent my last 7 yrs building for B/D/C-to-Consumer-focused experiences and the nuances of 0-1 and 1-100 goals of the business.

My Process

My personal frameworks fetched well in building experiences for some of the leading startups in India. And time after time, the three things I try to bring together are-

Identifying the goal and choosing a path of either blockbuster impact or minimum "differentiated" product to test the early hypothesis - be it a growth phase company or a starting up

Deploying a team capable of executing cross-functionally that understands the momentum

Reducing tech debt and aiming for a direction that can be reasonably future proof
